
The Taste of Thailand is a Thai cookery book, which has been composed by Miss Pranee Sunasavenonta and Mrs. Fuengsin Trafford.
Here are a few extracts from the book which we hope will be published. The unusual feature of the book is a collection of stories relating to the part food has played in Thai culture. They are true stories, some of which are of a ‘bygone era’ – very reminiscent.
